The Resounding Opening Drum – Welcoming the 2026-2027 School Year
On September 5th, Big Sun Kindergarten held its 2026-2027 opening ceremony with delegates from Dong Hai Ward and the full participation of parents — turning the first day of school into a true children's festival.
On the morning of September 5th, amid the joyful atmosphere of Vietnam's national back-to-school day, joining millions of students across the country, Big Sun Kindergarten solemnly held its "Welcome to the 2026–2027 School Year" ceremony — an occasion full of meaning and emotion.
🥁 The Resounding Opening Drum
The opening drum rang out across a schoolyard bright with flags and flowers, marking the sacred moment that begins a new school year. To the children it may simply be a cheerful sound; but to teachers and parents it is the call of a new journey — the journey of watching these children grow, day by day.
🌸 Honoured to Welcome Our Guests
The school was honoured to receive the warm attention and beautiful flower baskets of delegates representing the Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Dong Hai Ward. Their presence is a great encouragement, strengthening the confidence of all Big Sun staff and teachers as they step into a new school year.
👨👩👧👦 Parents — The Perfect Final Piece
Above all, the accompaniment and full participation of parents was the perfect final piece, turning the opening day into a true "Children's Festival of Coming to School". Parents holding small hands to the classroom door, grandparents waving from outside — these simple moments are what made the day complete.
💛 Our Greatest Happiness
The bright smiles and eager eyes of our children are our greatest happiness. Some were leaving their mother's arms for the first time, hiding shyly behind a teacher; others ran boldly into the classroom to find their friends. Each child felt something different, yet all were beginning the same thing: the first step on a journey to discover the world.
🌞 A New School Year Begins
Through the 2026–2027 school year, Big Sun continues to walk alongside every child with the Ministry of Education and Training's early childhood programme, integrated with DOSTEM, DoSkill, TOKTOKBOX, English and hands-on experiential activities — so that every school day is truly a happy one.
We wish all our children a new year full of joy, new friends, and many wonderful things ahead. And thank you to all the parents who have entrusted their little "suns" to the Big Sun family. 🌞
